He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Rodriguez and Benita Lopez Rodriguez; his children, Chabela Soto, Beatrice Luna and Rudolph Medellin; his granddaughters, Irma Soto and Eliza Luna; and his siblings, Margarito Rodriguez, Vicente Rodriguez, Toribio Rodriguez and Guadalupe R. Cortez.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille M. Rodriguez of Round Rock; his children, David Medellin (Cathy) of Toledo, Andrew Medellin of Round Rock, Eliseo M. Rodriguez Jr. of Round Rock and Irene of San Antonio; and his sisters, Mary Tamez of Rosebud, Lorenza Tamez (Pete) of Rosebud, Janie Castilleja of Waco and Refugia Arredondo of Kyle. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, and 27 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
