He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kelley and Berniece Kelley; and his wife Marilyn Kelley. He is survived by: his brother Gary Kelley; and his children, Deanna Tierney, Darla Kelley, Dawn Martin and Brent Kelley. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
