He is survived by: his wife Esther Garcia of Rockdale; his children, Andre Ybarra of Rockdale, Frank Garcia, Jr. (Ashley) of Rockdale and Tiffany Llanas (Domingo) of Rockdale; his stepfather Ronnie Mancillas, Sr. of Rockdale; his siblings, Brenda Young (David) of Rockdale, Gloria Wall (Kenith) of Rockdale, Doreen Martinez (Ramon) of Taylor, Dianna Covarrubias of Mancillas, Ninfa Mancillas, Kristi Knowles, Hector Garcia (Trisha) of Rockdale and Ronnie Mancillas, Jr. of Rockdale; and his grandchildren, David Ybarra, Alize Llanas, Hazel Llanas, Arianna Ybarra, Domingo Llanas, Adam Llanas and Tristan Llanas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
