We bid farewell to Fernando Flores of Rockdale, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 30, 2024 at the age of 77. Fernando touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reina G. Flores and Abraham Joe Flores; his grandparents, Paula, Vicente Flores, Pablo and Antonia Garcia; and his brother Felix Flores.
He is survived by: his wife Aretha Miller; his daughters, Paula Yvonne Flores-Calderon (Javier) and Yvette Flores (David); his stepchildren, Shanita Tindle and Demarcus Tindle; and his siblings, Frankie Flores, Lupe Flores (Helen), Robert Flores (Lisa), Fred Flores (Louisa), Belia Garcia (Tony), Mary Real (Miguel), Joe Flores Jr., Diane Flores, Ricky Flores (Liz) and Sandra Barton (Greg). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked to make donations to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rockdale in Fernando Flores' name.
