We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2024, at the age of 86, Bobby E. Denman of Rockdale, Texas, born in Milano, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Luther and Bertha Denman (Childress); and his siblings, J. P. "Cowboy" Denman, Ira Lee Denman, Charles Denman, Johnny Denman, Louise Edwards, Lucy Dragoo, Billie Ruth Shelander and Alma Jane Darwin.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Denman; his children, Bobby Leon Denman (Lynette), Mary Ruth Jacobs (Rodney) and James Denman (Crystal); his grandchildren, Dustin Denman, Amber Denman, Joshua Jacobs, Andrew Jacobs and Matthew Jacobs (Logan James); his great grandchildren, Alexa Denman and Zachary Denman; his sister Alice Whiteley of Rockdale; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Denman Gaston, Eva Denman and Anna Campbell.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Mt Zion Baptist Church, PO Box 1473, Rockdale, TX 76567.
