Parker, Case H. Parker and Rhett D. Parker; his great grandchildren, Ruby A. Teter and Maggie S. Parker; and his siblings, Gerry Batte Russel, Rosemary Hogue (Ernest) and Richard A. Parker (Diane). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
