It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hal Wallace of Quinlan, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Hal Douglas Wallace Sr.; his grandson Taylor Stevenson; and his pets, Bubba and Hobbs. He is survived by: his mother Georgie Mae Hargrove Wallace; his wife Ladonna Wallace of Quinlan; his children, Hal Douglas Wallace III and Lindsay Lay (Christopher) of Quinlan; his stepchildren, Cory Compton (Bobbi) of Wylie and Tracy Smith (Wesley) of Emory; his sisters, Lovie Dokmanovich of North Carolina, Darlene Harris of Denver, Colorado, Flo Newman of Garland, Rhonda Roach (Lonnie) of Austin, Laney Horn of Rockwall, Holly Horn of Rockwall, Cheyenne Horn of Dallas and Tammy Buckle (Jeff) of Newark; his grandchildren, Dylan Lay, Hailey Gore, Callie Lay, Heidi Gore, Landrie Lay, Joshua Blanton, Connor Compton, Aaron Stevenson and Joshua Stevenson; his great grandchildren, Taytum Gore, Maverick Spencer, Savanna Ferry, Lincoln Stevenson, Averi Stevenson, Jack Stevenson, Sawyer Stevenson, Marleigh Stevenson, Haizlee Stevenson and Cooper Stevenson; his children, Scooter and Belle; and also Vicki Nix of Rockwall.
