He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Madison and Esther Madison; his former wife Nora Roberts Madison; and his sister Carol Shull. He is survived by: his daughter Mitzi Ann Madison Gant (Gaylin Gant); his wife Elsie Mae-Sharp Madison; his stepdaughter Nicole Kalbach; his granddaughter Tiffany Laster (Mathew Laster); his brothers, Jim and Richard Madison; his son Michael Robert Madison; and his grandchildren, Ryan Gant, Emily Gant Waddell (Reece Waddell) and Christian Madison. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to please make a donation to St. John's Episcopal Church or the National Alzheimer's Association.
