He is survived by: his wife Nellie Upton; his children, Brian Upton, Debbie Upton and Brenda Nichols (Ricky); his grandchildren, Tiffany Bailey (David), Stephanie Wemmert (Jason), Eric Kemper (Kristy), Erica Sanders (Bobby), Erin Barrera (Nick), Katie Crowder (Nick) and Skylar Nichols; his great grandchildren, Kayla (Javier), Ty, Colby, Charlee, Kelsie, Maddie, Athena, Ricky, Austin, Alina, Jason, Landyn, Hayden, Lilly, Kaydence, Karson and Savannah; his great great grandchild Victor; and his brother-in-law Frank Rentfro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
