He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John and Julia Pearson, Sr. (Gudgel); his wife Lorene Pearson; his children, Norma Jean Mercer (Dennis), Bob Pearson (Sandra) and Allen Pearson (Donna); his sister Sue Hughs of Gainesville; and his grandchildren, Lance Pearson, Scott Bates, Andrea Bates and Jeremy Pearson. He was also cherished by six great grandchildren; a host of step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
