It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Cleo Blevins (Port Lavaca, Texas), who passed away on July 9, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Blevins and Tommie Blevins; his daughter Cindy Riehs; and his siblings, Alice Peeler, Tim Blevins and Barry Blevins.

He is survived by: his wife Janell Hurta; his daughters, Amy Richhart and Mandy Tellander (Brad); his son-in-law Scott Riehs; his brothers, Michael Blevins (Barbara) and Billy Blevins (Debbie); his grandchildren, Matthew Riehs, Robbie Riehs (Chantal), Aiden Richhart, Blaine Tellander and Bryce Tellander; and his great grandchildren, Rhett Riehs and Rhyder Riehs.
