He was predeceased by: his nephew Victor Manuel Moreno Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Janie Saldivar Moreno; his daughters, Pauline, Jennifer Moreno Williams of Freeport and Desiree Renae Johnson of Lake Jackson; his siblings, Margarita Moreno, Arisela Shaw, Sandra Moreno, Roseanna Berryman, Juan Jose Moreno and Victor Manuel Moreno, Sr. (Rosalie); and his grandchildren, Casey Owen Jr., Christian Saige Arredondo, Shane Scott Holt, Matthew Joel Owen, Donald Ray Johnson III, Bryleigh Almanzar and Jocelyn Gonzalez.
