She was predeceased by: her husband Richard B. Jenks, Jr.; her parents, David Uribe, Sr. and Ana Rodriguez Uribe; her brother Jose Roberto Uribe; and her granddaughter Celeste Miriam Jenks.
She is survived by: her children, Claudia Jenks, Claudette Jenks (Brian Pierce) of Manor and Patrick Jenks (Veronica) of Pleasanton; her siblings, Rosa Toscano (Jimmy) of Georgetown, Hector Uribe (Emy) of Jourdanton, Oscar Uribe (Darlene) of Pleasanton and David Uribe (Miquella) of Jourdanton; her grandchildren, Darian Unruh (Logan), Lilliana, Noah, Marilena Jenks, Isabela, Ray Mendoza and Lily Pierce; and her great grandchild Ronan James Unruh. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Flowers are welcomed, but for those who wish to make a donation in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Andrew Catholic Church, the Atascosa County Historical Commission, or the Longhorn Museum.
