He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bunn and Jennie Bunn; his daughter Tracy Montgomery; and his siblings, Thomas, Roy Herman Bunn and Avis Hadaway.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bunn; and his children, Tyson, Scott Bunn and Kelly Tims. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
