He is survived by: his wife Connie Diana Andrus (Dowdell) of Kress; his children, Cristy Bennett (Craig) of Plainview and Craig Emery Andrus (Jackie) of Kress; his brother Charles Andrus (Janis) of Tulia; his grandchildren, Emery Andrus, Elisa Andrus, Haylee Bennett, Brandee Bennett and Ethan Andrus; and his great grandchildren, Aidee Silva, Damaris Silva and Elias Silva.
The family suggests memorials in memory of Marlin to Samaritan's Purse, PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607 for relief efforts stemming from Hurricane Helene.
