She is survived by: her husband Filemon Chavez; and her children, Manuel Chavez (Sylvia) of Eden, OK, Filemon Chavez, Jr. (Sonia) of Plainview, Lupe Chavez (Benita) of Plainview, Ruben Chavez (Rachel) of Plainview, Martin Chavez (Sandra) of Plainview, Armando Chavez (Anna Gonzales) of Plainview, Beatriz Chavez (Francisco Javier Chavez) of Plainview, Alicia Chavez of Plainview and Yolanda Ochoa (Billy) of Amarillo. She is also survived by twenty-eight grandchildren, and thirty-seven great-grandchildren.
