He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilford Eugene Hagerty and Jyrldeene Beatrice Benedict Hagerty; his sisters, Patricia Ann Gifford and Beverly Vinita Hagerty; his wife Shirley Camille Trebing; his children, Paul (Kim Province Hagerty), Lisa Stewart and Carole Gill; and his grandchildren, Meghan Hagerty Claridge (Stuart), Robyn Mertz Lacroix (Justin), Hunter Mertz (Carrie), Sarah Stewart Byarlay (Colby), Kyle Hagerty and Kory Stewart (Khadeja). He was also cherished by six great grandchildren.
