He is survived by: his mother Doris Powell Barlow; his wife Carolyn Barlow of Pineland; his son Matthew Joel Barlow (Katheryn) of Fort Worth; his stepchildren, Nick Estes (Ashley) of Martinsville, Michael Estes (Molly) of San Augustine, Wade Wheeless of Cushing and Katie Holland (Matthew) of Cushing; and his siblings, Michael Henry Barlow of Bronson, Randall Barlow of Sutton, England and Pam Abdallh (Yousef) of Silsbee. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
