She was predeceased by: her parents, Brink Powell and Hallie Powell; her son Ronald Earl Barlow; and her siblings, Ola Mae Lee, Iva Jean Franks, Ruth Garlington, Thomas Weldon "Bill" Powell, Alfred Henry Powell and Elmer Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Barlow (Pauline) of England, Michael Henry Barlow of Bronson, Texas and Pamela Doris Abdallh (Yousef) of Silsbee, Texas; and her brothers, James Herbert Powell of Carthage, Hollis Dwain Powell of Pasadena, Glen Bruce Powell of Spring and Charles Wayne Powell of Spring, Texas. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
