She is survived by: her parent Trista Forney (Early) of Nacogdoches; her grandparents, Brenda Kilgore of Pineland, Opal McKind of Nacogdoches and Huey Bailey of Pineland; her brother Cody Forney of Nacogdoches; and her uncle Jeff Kilgore (Sandra) of Pineland.
