He is survived by: his wife Alice Evelyn Voth of Pilot Point; his children, Pam Schmitz (Phil) of Sioux Falls, SD, Tammy Howard (Greg) of Pilot Point, TX, Russell David of Pilot Point, TX, Donna Akins Sims (Nick Gochis) of Pilot Point, TX and Sandra Jones (Dennis) of Pilot Point, TX; his grandchildren, Zachary Schmitz, Riley Howard, Shelbi Howard (Jared Whipple), Chase, Cameron, Caden David, Dalton Akins and Cooper Jones; his great grandchildren, Westen Whipple and Aiden David; and his siblings, Evelyn Owens, Georgia Burleson, Harry Wayne David (Carolyn) and Rickey David (Deri).
