He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis W. David and Annie David (Kubala); his wife Joella; his sister Mildred Kidwill; and his brother-in-law Walter Fangman.
He is survived by: his sons, Tommy David and Danny Joe David of Pilot Point, TX; his grandchildren, Cortney, Dakota and Dawson David; his sisters, Geraldine Dickerson (Wilburn) of Huntsville, TX and Bernice Hammons (Tommy) of Pilot Point, TX; and his brothers-in-law, Felix Fangman of Aubrey, TX and Winston Fangman (Rosemary) of Lindsay, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
