He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Herbert and Myrtle Rayzor, Sr. (Davis); his wife Katherine; and his siblings, Frank, Bud, Bill Rayzor, Lola Marshall, Ollie Boyer, Letha Gibbs, Faye Taylor, Elsie Ford and Juanita Rayzor.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Susan Gardner of Fremont, CA; and his stepgrandsons, Casey Ellis of Eugene, OR and Ryan Ellis of Fremont, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
