It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Werner Procter (Pilot Point, Texas), born in Austin, Texas, who passed away on January 10, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Ernestine; his wife Marlene; and his brother James Rutland Procter. He is survived by: his children, Robert Procter of El Paso, TX, Joe Procter (Kim), Dave Procter (Amy) of McKinney, TX, Kathy Korte of Fort Worth, TX and Stacey Procter (Don Graves) of Dallas, TX; and his sister Nancy Marion Procter of Fort Worth, TX.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
