He was predeceased by: his wife Olga Garcia Badillo; his parents, Francisco Badillo and Florencia Badillo; and his brother Alejandro Badillo. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Villarreal (Rito) and Jenna Roy Badillo (Jose Eliberto Martinez); his stepchildren, Daniel Moralez, Patricia Moralez, Javier Omar Moralez (Brandi) and Rachel Moralez (Eduardo); his grandchildren, Celine Sorto, Natalie Sorto, Alyssa Varela, Estrella Demaris Badillo and Joe Michael Martinez; and his siblings, Francisco Badillo (Mary), Daniel Badillo (Marivel), Ricardo Badillo (Judy), Hermelinda Badillo, Yolanda Burr (Lenny), Diana Badillo, Delia Badillo (Jesus) and Magdalena Stephen (Martin). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
