She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Virtudes Garcia Gonzalez and Mario Vega; and her grandparents, Petra Gonzalez of Garcia and Pablo Garcia. She is survived by: her husband Cirilo Monsivais; her children, Armando Monsivais, Miriam Virtudes Monsivais, Clara Elena Monsivais, Heli Pablo Monsivais and Cesar Alberto Monsivais; her grandchildren, Adriana Garcia, Oscar Reyes and David Reyes; and her great grandchild Leo Jovan Trevino. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
