He was predeceased by: Buddy Lee. He is survived by: his children, Dani (Robert), Jay and Dixie; his mother Jo Anne; his wife Lynn Sledge; and his siblings, Chuck Gartman (Connie) and Debbie Stout (Van). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
