He was predeceased by: his daughter Oralia Magallan; and his siblings, Tomas Magallan and Vita Martinez. He is survived by: his wife Maria Magallan; his children, Adan Magallan, Daniel Magallan, Consuelo Magallan, Ruben Magallan and Ofelia Magallan; and his brother Francisco Magallan (Hortencia). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
