He was predeceased by: his parents, Modesto Soto Sr. and Luz Longoria Soto; and his siblings, Ricardo Soto Sr. and Leticia Soto. He is survived by: his wife Blanca Estela Gonzalez Soto; his children, Arnulfo Soto Jr., Luz Divina Puente (Julian Jr.), Gertrude Clare Soto and George Ives Soto (Paula); his grandchildren, Julian Alejandro Puente, Gabriela Alejandra Vargas, Andrew Jacob Soto, Christian Diego Vargas, Avery Jade Puente, Luna Aryelle Soto, Jeremiah David Vargas, Isabella Josephine Vargas, Ives Justus Soto and Sienna Brielle Soto; and his siblings, Modesto Soto Jr. (Norma), Rosalinda Land (late Mike) and Yolanda Briones. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
