He is survived by: his parents, Cleo Fulton and Jenelda Fulton; his brother Carol Fulton; his son Brad Fulton; his brother Laron Fulton (Joy) of Lubbock; and his children, Billy Maurice Fulton (Sharron) of Lubbock and Brenda Yeary (Rex) of Quitaque. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
