He is survived by: his wife Darla Frazier; his children, Michael Rutz (Carol) of Perryton and Robin Leivo (Rob) of Denver; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Rutz of Perryton, Kaden Rutz of Perryton, Garrett Rutz of Perryton and Grayson Rutz of Perryton.
