He is survived by: his wife Monce Lara of Pecos; his children, Jennifer Lara Gibbons (Tim) of Canyon Lake, Kristi Lara (Jaime Acosta) of Pecos, Gretchen Lara Ramirez (Angel Sr) of Midland and Anthony Lara (Rebecca) of Midland; his sisters, Jessie Lara Ramirez (Saul) of Pecos and Olivia Carrasco of Monahans; his grandchildren, Courtney Painter, Cameron Rodriguez, Amaris Acosta, Destiny Ramirez, Angel Ramirez Jr, Aiden Acosta, Ariel Acosta, Avery Raymond Rodriguez, Michael Tyler Rodriguez, Jacob Gibbons, Christian Gibbons and Anthony Lara Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Gia Lara and Hayden Lara.
