He was predeceased by: his wife Cecilia Contreras; his former wife Elisa Contreras; his parents, Norberto Contreras and Manuela Contreras; and his siblings, Pilar Contreras, Paul Contreras and Guadalupe Carrasco.
He is survived by: his children, Marc Contreras (Susan Contreras) and Lisa Trevino (Edmundo Trevino Jr.); and his sisters, Alicia Carrasco and Crissy Meza. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.
