He was predeceased by: his parents, Cruz Rubio and Angela Luna; and his siblings, Francisco "Chico" Hernandez, Cruz Rubio and Socorro Sanchez.
He is survived by: his spouse Hermila Quezada Hernandez; his children, Yolanda Palomino (Pony Palomino), Carol Hernandez (Miguel Ramirez), Oscar Hernandez (Monica Hernandez), Jorge Hernandez (Conchita Hernandez), Fernando Hernandez (Consuelo Hernandez), Felix Hernandez Jr. (Brandy Hernandez), Vivi Guerra (Jason Guerra) and Maritza Hernandez; and his siblings, Armida Garcia and Hilario Hernandez. He is also survived by 30 Grandchildren and 34 Great-Grandchildren.
