He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Onesimo Rodriguez, Jesus and Ramona Perez. He is survived by: his children, Jovaya Benavidez of Jourdanton and Karly Perez of Oklahoma; his parents, Yvonne Rodriguez Franklin (Joseph) and Danny Perez (Morelsa); his siblings, Herminia Perez (Jay), Onesino Perez (Clarissa), Zachary Rodriguez, Zoey Rodriguez, Mistica Perez, James Martinez, Joseph Lee Franklin (Kimberly), Jason Franklin, Jeremy Franklin and Analea Franklin; and his grandmother Herminia Rodriguez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
