He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Perez and Hermila Bustamante Perez; and his wife Lucia Perez. He is survived by: his children, Raymond Perez (Anna), Roger Perez (Sylvia), Roland Perez (Nancy), Anna Garcia (Nick) and Raquel Hernandez (Jerry); and his siblings, Reymundo Perez, Armando Perez (Becky) and Rosie Gaitan (Cirriano). He is also survived by his fifteen grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
