Velasquez; her children, Rudy Velasquez II (Myra) of Corpus Christi, Zap Velasquez (Macy) of Schertz, Norma Rodriguez (Rene) of Pearsall, Sonny Velasquez (Sherrie) of Kansas City, MI and Ruby Velasquez (Janie) of Pearsall; and her sister Susanna Perez of Derby. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
