He is survived by: his wife Juanita Viesca; his children, Gerardo Viesca, Carmen Paulino, Diane Martinez, Angelica Maria Viesca, Elizabeth Viesca and Rosanna Rodriguez; and his siblings, Miguel Viesca, Victor Viesca and Viviana Gonzales of Pearsall. He is also survived by four grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
