He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Pacheco and Carmen Flores Pacheco; and his son Harrison Martinez. He is survived by: his wife Janet Sloop of Pearsall; his children, Alex Canas, Carmen Flores, Marveli Canas and Sofia Canas; and his siblings, Francisco Pacheco, Brenda Pacheco of El Salvador and Gloria Pacheco of El Salvador. He is also survived by his five grandchildren.
