He was predeceased by: his parents, Secundino Camarillo and Petra Camarillo; and his siblings, Joe Camarillo and Angelita Morales. He is survived by: his wife Delma; his children, Christopher Camarillo (Lolita) of San Antonio, Edward Morales (Holly) of Pearland, Robert Morales (Maria) of Little Elm, Luciano Morales of Pearsall, Veronica Rosales (Basilio) of Arlington, Michelle Rodriguez of Devine, Lisa Morales (Benny Sananiego) of Pearland and Leslie Burks of Pearsall; and his siblings, Johnny Camarillo (Aida) of Floresville, Molly Steen (Bobby) of Gonzales, Mary Carrizales of Gonzales and Candelaria Hildago of Gonzales. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
