He was predeceased by: his parents, Eliseo Elizondo and Clara Martinez Elizondo; his wife Julia Velasquez Elizondo; and his sister Hortencia Elizondo Martinez. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Melia (Sean) of Oceanside, CA, Alejandro Elizondo Jr. (Veronica) of Pearsall, Rosemarie Aguilar of Plainfield, IL., James Elizondo (Crystal) of Pearsall and John Elizondo (Amber) of Pearsall; and his siblings, Carmen Samanego (Benny), Cruz Saldana (Juan), Luis Elizondo (Debbie), Candelario Elizondo and John Elizondo. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and by numerous nieces, nephews.
