He was predeceased by: his wife Eunice; his parents, Elver and Julia Newlin; and his siblings, Max, Rex, Bob, Dale, Ed, Mona, Marilyn and Peggy.
He is survived by: his brother David Newlin (Sue); his nieces, Mandy Russell (Gregory) and Sandy Daigle (Terry); his stepchildren, Virginia Knapp, Alford Sparks and Betty Hodgett; his grandchildren, Patricia Helber, Deborah Loessin, David Knapp, Daniel Frank, Sean and Kevin Dillon; and his stepdaughter Barbara Frank. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
