He was predeceased by: his father Lynard Hulsey; his wife Imogene Hulsey; his mother Francis Hulsey Dowden; and his stepfather Paul Dowden. He is survived by: his siblings, Darlene Zoog and Walter Hulsey (Camille); his children, Kim Shephard (Jimmy), Thomi Hulsey (Kelly), Todd Hulsey and Jan Rodriquez; and his stepchildren, Steve Phillips (Michelle), Beverly Cooper and David Phillips. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
