He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicho Rodriguez and Sylvia Alba Rodriguez; and his sister Janie Rivera. He is survived by: his children, Arlene A. (Ray Hernandez), Rudy Jr. (Linda Rodriguez) and Able (Belinda Rodriguez); and his siblings, Irene Salias, Yolanda Rodriguez, Carmen Rodriguez, Carlos Rodriguez Sr. and Tommy Rodriguez. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
