He was predeceased by: his father Ramiro Rivera. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Ackles Rivera; his wife Annette; his children, William Rivera and Natalie Rivera Smith (Joe); his grandchildren, Canaan Rivera and Austin Smith; and his siblings, David Rivera (Pat), George Rivera (Terry), Deborah Zavala and Patricia Guerra (Sam). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
