It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Octaviano Herrera of Pasadena, Texas, who passed away on October 3, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Petronilo Herrera and Andrea Morones Herrera; his wife Dorotea Herrera; his daughters, Adelina Garcia and Christine Rodriguez; and his grandson Andrew Paul Salcido.

He is survived by: his children, Belinda Purdy, Toby Herrera and Cynthia Herrera; and his siblings, Herminia Riojas, Mary, Gilbert Cortez and Sylvia Herrera. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
