With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maria Guadalupe Espinoza of Pasadena, Texas, born in San Jose, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 21, 2024 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Agustin Trejo and Lina Soto; her former husband Alfredo R. Espinoza; her husband Mike D. Lopez; and her siblings, Elpidio Trejo, Wenceslao Trejo (Sonia Trejo) and Antonio Trejo (Gregoria Trejo).
She is survived by: her children, Lina Esquivel, Alejandra Duron (Andrew), Elena Hillje (Mark) and Rosalba Norman Alfredo A. (Chris); her grandchildren, Andrea Lenders (Michael), Matthew Hillje, Cristina Hillje, Haley Gonzalez (Abel), Alicia Norman, Aaron Duron, Olivia Duron, Diego Espinoza, Joaquin Espinoza and Javier Espinoza; her great grandchildren, Emilia and Addison Lenders; her brother Jorge Trejo; and her caregiver Clear Lake Regional Hospital. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
