He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Daulton Cooper and Maudie Josephine Thomas Cooper; and his siblings, Elvin Cooper, Jr., James Cooper, Johnny Cooper, Thomas Cooper, Dorothy Josephine Cooper and Laura Dellene Fowler.
He is survived by: his siblings, Margie Fulks (Morris) of Franklin, Janie Taylor (Eugene "Butch") of Livingston, Fred Allen Cooper (Henrietta) of La Porte and Jerry Lynn Cooper (Pam) of Willis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
