She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Baker (Bubba); her parents, Robert Tuck and Bobbie Miller (Baird); and her siblings, Tully Chaney and Kaye Walter.

She is survived by: her children, Bradley Hamilton (Christi) of Katy, TX and Sarah Gerber of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, Morgan, Colt and Bryce (Michael Sandoval); and her siblings, LeAnn Potts of New Hampton, MO, Chrissy Baker of Pasadena, TX and Scott Chaney of Cameron, MO. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Kathy worked for AIDS Foundation of Houston for many years as a case manager and for Wayne Wright law firm assisting with disability claims.
