He was predeceased by: his parents, Benito Carrizales and Oscila Carrizales; and his daughter Rosa Martha Carrizales (Raymond). He is survived by: his brothers, Jesus Carrizales, Jose Carrizales and Benito Carrizales, Jr.; his wife Idolina Herrera Carrizales; his stepdaughter Eunice Rodriguez (Sergio); and his children, Juan S Carrizales, Jr. (Nancy), Jesus Carrizales (Pamela), Walter Carrizales (Lori), Elizabeth Carmona (Tomas) and Hector J. Carrizales (Kathy). He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
